5.2 We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked services for delivery.

• Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Standard delivery (2-3 working days).

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Next working day delivery (for orders placed before our daily cutoff).

5.3 Please note that deliveries to the Highlands, islands, or outside mainland UK may take longer. Ladyloving cannot be held responsible for delays caused by adverse weather or third-party carrier issues.

6. Returns, Hygiene & Refunds

6.1 Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items where the original hygienic seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with, unless the item is faulty.
