1. Discretion & Privacy

1.1 Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There are no logos, brand names, or descriptions of the contents on the outside of the parcel.

1.2 Billing: To maintain your privacy, your bank statement will show a discreet billing descriptor (“TORRLL”).

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

2.1 Processing Time: All orders are subject to a processing period before dispatch. We aim to process and hand over your order to our carriers as quickly as possible.

2.2 Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day dispatch.

2.3 Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping tiers to suit your needs. Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*While DHL Express reaches its destination the next day 99% of the time, please note this is an estimated service and not a legal guarantee.

4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1 United Kingdom Only: We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4.2 Postcode Exceptions: Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isles of Scilly, and the Isle of Man.

4.3 P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions and the need for secure delivery.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

5.1 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

5.2 The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

6.1 Ladyloving is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages & Issues

7.1 Ladyloving is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7.2 If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
